We are pleased to announce the official launch of the INSPIRE project in Monéteau, France. This initiative marks one more milestone in our commitment to fostering social inclusion within rural communities.

On 25 November 2025, INSPIRE’s French Pilot Leader, LADAPT, held a warm-up event that brought together local authorities, businesses, associations, and persons with disabilities to begin co-constructing the local Smart Village lab.

As a pilot territory, Monéteau serves as a model for rural innovation, demonstrating how collective action can ensure that every citizen, regardless of vulnerability, can exercise their full rights and autonomy. LADAPT Bourgogne Franche-Comté, with the strategic support of the Monéteau municipality, supports the project’s objectives in France.
